Hello fellow vegans, in today's blog, I am writing a few suggestions on foods you can make at home if you feel like not going out to get food or you probably have ran out of ideas on what to cook for dinner or maybe at your place it is really hard to find a vegan restaurant. I hope you enjoy reading my blog.
But, if you are new to being a vegan or you are trying to figure out what vegan is, I am so excited to give you a brief of what vegan is and how being a vegan really feels. First of all, vegan is a term where people chose not
to consume dairy, eggs or any other products of animal origin, in addition to not eating meat just like the vegetarians. Veganism is not a new thing where people thought millennials were the one who created it; it actually started long ago back in 1979 by the Vegan Society according to this website called Health Line. Due to high exposure in today's world where veganism are being promoted in social media platforms, the demand for vegan food has spiked by 140% based on a vegan statistics from 2017.
Now that you have been exposed or probably have a clearer view of what vegan is, let's jump straight to our main purpose which is sharing vegan food recipes that all of us can do at home. The first vegan food I find pretty easy but super delicious is Sweet Potato Veggie Burger. The ingredients are just things you can get at home like potato (obviously), rice, avocado, carrots and burger bread. Here is the video recipe I found on Youtube on how to make one and I have used this video as my reference and my burger was awesome; it took me around 15 minutes to get a burger done and I was satisfied with it as I am not a good cook.

Another vegan food you can make at home is pasta. I believe this is everyone's favorite food. This meal is called Penne Pasta with Pumpkin Sauce; a definite meal we get usually during fall season. So, for this you would definitely need a penne pasta, pumpkin, rosemary, and olive oil. Like I said, all of these are the things you have at home and it doesn't need any fancy ingredients.

Another meal or food you can cook at home deliciously but still vegan is
Vegetable/ Vegetarian Paella. According to
Cookie and Kate, paella is a beautiful rice dish hailing and if you were to order a vegetarian one in a Spanish restaurant, she said, it would be
paella de verduras. I highly recommend this meal because it is super duper delicious. It is originally from Spain and a lot of people are pronouncing it wrongly because most of the people I know tend to pronounce it with
/l/ instead of the correct pronunciation which is
/pajeja/. This is so far the best vegan meal you can make at home.

Last but not least, our final vegan food that all of us can cook at home is
Sugar Snap Pea and Carrot Soba Noodles. It is a very long name but don't worry, it only take just a few minutes to get it ready for you to munch. In case if the video I hyperlinked is not enough for you and you think you need more explanation on how to make this, I recommend you to go to
